Captain's Blend Melo-Savu is our house-designed 100% Noble Kava blend for the slow part of the evening. It is built to sit in the middle: not so heavy that the session ends early, and not so heady that it feels intense.
Compared with roots-only Vanuatu kava, Melo-Savu is easier to drink across a few hours. The flavour is smoother and more rounded, with a mellow body and a calm, steady character that suits late-night conversation, music, and relaxed social sipping.
We recommend it as a first experience kava because it gives new sippers a friendly introduction to noble kava without starting at either extreme.
